Bathroom Wall Color?

by Dede

I have salmon colored ceramic tile floors (the color fades out a bit and is lighter in parts). What would be the best color for the walls (contrasting)? This bathroom gets a lot of sunlight and it’s a good size.

Giorgina's Answer: A fabulous color for your bathroom will be a nice green color, such as, Sherwin Williams 7167 Ornamental Kale. It will provide that contrast you are looking for and will also give your bathroom a relaxing feel. Green colors are refreshing and help promote concentration and relaxation. For more info on colors, check out Home Decorating Colors article.

Since our bathroom is where we get ready and take a nice warm bath at the end of a long day, it helps to have a soothing color like green.
