Bedroom Colors

I just bought a new comforter set that is brown and soft lime green with sea blue accents in it. I was wondering if I should paint the walls the green color and accent with brown curtain panels, and possibly a brown stripe near ceiling with another larger horizontal stripe going around walls in the blue color. Not thinking at half way mark but a little higher. Do you think this will work or do you have any suggestions. I want it to be elegant and I want the color coordination to pop. Her bedspread can be viewed on Overstock.com and it is called the Roxy Kelly Colorblock 8-piece Twin XL-size Bed in a Bag with Sheet Set. Her bed is a twin sleigh bed that is white and hse has a large white dresser with mirror. I also have a brown futon couch in her room. Her room is an L-shape and in the small part of L I have her bed and nightstand. In the larger part of room I have her dresser and futon and another chair with curio cabinet and large rug.
