Dining Room Chandelier?

Our dining room measures approximately 11'x 13'. We have purchased a contemporary rectangular table that measures 42" x 64" without any of the 3 20" leaves we also purchased, but will only use if additional seating is required. We are looking at the Framburg Hyperion chandelier - F2035 - as a possibility for ceiling lighting which is all we will have in the room. Is the 31" diameter too large? Can't thank you enough for your help!
