London Shades and Drapes?

I have stationary London shades in my living room. I am considering adding drapery panels but I am unsure of how that would look. There are two windows on the east side of the house and two windows on the south side of the house. The London shades are a dark background with yellows, golds, greens, browns. The room is painted red and the main furniture colors are yellow and green.
