Mirror Above Console Table

I would like to hang a mirror above my console table. I don't know how high it must be from the console table; the height of the console table is 30". Does the mirror need to be the same width as the console table. I want to add two floor lamps on the site or to vases with branches. Should these be higher than the mirror? In the middle or how high?
