Mix and Match Decor

Can you mix in some Art Deco (simple lines - nothing gaudy) with Mission, Arts and Crafts? For example, a sofa table with Arts and Crafts end tables, an Art Deco television cabinet(http://cdn.overstock.com/images/products/L12656468.jpg), and a mid-century style - low back sectional couch (http://klaussner.com/default.aspx?klaussnercorp=99&objId=915&obj2Id=754&obj3Id=4&obj4Id=3 (all have similar lines, but somewhat different style). Would this be too confusing or does it matter anymore?

Giorgina's Answer: In this case, I believe that the combination of these two pieces will work well together. They will complement one another and blend in nicely.
