Rustic, Relaxing Bedroom Ideas?

My bedroom is not very large and I don’t know how to make it into a relaxing retreat. I like the Rustic type look. Do you have any suggestions as to what wall color, furniture, art, lighting, rugs, and accessories are appropriate?
