Congratulations on a job well done! It is great that you have a fabulous husband that helped with this project. How wonderful it is to hear stories like these because you took a chance on doing something that some would be afraid to do. I applaud you for taking the time to rescue these cabinets and put your own mark on them. The light color on your cabinets makes the kitchen appear more spacious and has a Tuscan flair to it. The mahogany stain you have planned for your floors will give your kitchen a warm, rich feel and provide a bit of a contrast with your cabinets.

As for what colors to consider for your kitchen walls, we have several options. The goal is to select a color that will allow all of the elements in your kitchen to blend in nicely and give everything a cohesive look.
