Wall Color with Red Bed?

Here is a picture of the layout of my room. I CANNOT decide what color to use since my wall space is a bit funky, and my bed is red with a large picture of Buddha over the bed. I'm going for the Indian Buddha look. I would love to paint my walls red, but I feel it would blend in with my bed (too much red). I considered alternating walls with red, but then one wall would be red and cause the same problem (too much red). I want a bold color, nothing neutral, beige or boring. I'm 21 and want it to be outstanding. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GOOD.

Giorgina's Answer: Since you are trying to avoid too much of one color, you may wish to consider a different color, such as gold. There is a color by Sherwin Williams called Mannered Gold, which is bold and lovely. Gold is a regal color that symbolizes status and wealth. If you can, stop by your local paint store to pick up samples of different shades of gold to see which one you like best.
